ABOUT US.
Oh-Ppa Checkout is a Philippine-based online KPOP shop that was established primarily to provide you official merchandise, like albums, that are budget-friendly to satisfy your fangirling /fanboying needs.

As of now, we host Group Orders (#OPC_GOs) and Pasabuys (#OPC Pasabuys) to our valued customers.

Oh-Ppa Checkout was officially established on January 1, 2021, and is managed by two admins.
ACQUISITION AND AFFILIATES.
With the primary goal of expanding our service beyond just one platform to reach more fans, Oh-Ppa Checkout has acquired 2 already established accounts on different platforms.
First, the Instagram shop account (formerly armymonster.phshop) which was built back in 2016 and has been bringing satisfaction to kpop fans ever since then, was owned and managed by one of the admins' friends.
Second, the Shopee account (formerly merchmoto) which was built back in 2020 and has been continuously serving great customer satisfaction by selling kpop albums as well ever since its creation, is owned by one of the admins.
Aside from this, we are also affiliated with "eonniegage" in Shopee, known for providing various kpop goods to its buyers. You can check them out on Shopee now.
With the information provided above, we guarantee legitimate and reliable transactions with our valued customers. Furthermore, Oh-Ppa Checkout vows to continue to serve its new buyers from different platforms with great service.
ABOUT THE ADMINS.
Oh-Ppa Checkout is co-owned and managed by two admins namely: Admin J and Admin D. Both are diligent college students and are dedicated kpop fans.

Shipping Rates?
Our local shipping rates range from 180php (within MM) to 250php (provincial).
Do you have Shopee Checkout?
Yes, Oh-Ppa Checkout allows and can do Shopee checkout once the item(s) is onhand
However, please note that the given rates may still be subject to changes without prior notice.

Terms and Conditons
1. BE SURE.
Please submit your order form with 100% certainty of your purchase and can pay on time.
2. DOUBLE CHECK.
Do not forget to double-check the form and the information you provide if it is correct, to avoid confusion and discrepancies on the data.
3. DEADLINES, DEADLINES.
Please pay on or before the given DOP. Failure to comply will result in a 100php/day penalty and failure to send payment after a 3-day allowance will result in the cancelation of the order(s) thus, will be posted as a Bogus Buyer.
4. NO TO CANCELATION.
There will be a 50% cancellation fee on EACH item(s) that you wish to cancel buying. Failure to comply will be deemed and posted as a BOGUS BUYER.
5. INVOICE, OCs.
An order confirmation will be sent through email within 48 hours after submitting the order form. If you have not received any OCs outside the timeframe given, KINDLY send us a DM.
6. NO TO REFUND.
Payments are non-refundable unless under special conditions (e.g., unprecedented occurrences).
7. NO PAYMENT FORM, NO PAYMENT MADE.
Do not forget to take a screenshot of your payment receipt as it is necessary for the payment form that you will be filling-out once you have sent your payment.
8. LOCAL SHIPPING FEE.
Lsf will be computed and charged once your order(s) have arrived at our PH Address. This information will be sent through email or your preferred social channel.
9. UNCLAIMED ORDER(S).
If in any case that the buyer was not able to claim their order for any reason, the item will be up for sale and no refunds will be given to the original owner.
10. PATIENCE IS VIRTUE.
Once your order and your payment have been settled, you will need to wait PATIENTLY. Most of our items are under NORMAL ETA unless stated otherwise. Also, we are not responsible for any delays in the shipment.
11. DAMAGE, LOSS.
We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses on your order(s) during the shipment process. But rest assured that your item(s) will be packed and handled with utmost care on our part.
12. COMBINED SHIPPING.
This will only be allowed if, and only if, the items are in the same box/batch.
13. SHOPEE CHECKOUT.
Oh-Ppa Checkout allows a checkout option through Shopee. However, COD is only available for already onhand items. You can visit our shop at (https://shopee.ph/myengineerph)

Oh-Ppa Checkout will constantly post WEEKLY updates both on our Twitter account with the hashtag (#OPC_Updates) and on our Telegram Channel.
